Tool · loyalty club and rewards
The customer comes back. If someone remembers them.
Every single order is tied to a customer with a name, an email and a phone number. The customer sits in your customer list, not a marketplace's. That is the whole loyalty club: you know who bought from you yesterday, and you can write to them tomorrow.
Example from the Restaurant module: the figures come from one real restaurant on WalletPlus, a pizzeria with a grill, four months after they went online. We have not put a name to it, but they are their own figures and not an average.
The numbers from the Restaurant module
You are not short of customers. You are short of using the ones you have already had.
Guest who ordered once
DKK 261
162 of the 287 guests. They ordered, they were happy, and they never came back.
× 3.6
Guest who came back
DKK 928
125 guests. 28 of them have ordered five times or more.
44% of the guests have ordered more than once, and they account for 73% of all orders. The busiest has ordered 14 times. That is not marketing. It is simply what is already on their own list.
How the club works
It runs by itself, from the first order.
The club is the same in every module: points on coffee at the kiosk, a reminder before Mother's Day at the florist, an offer to those who have not ordered pizza in two months.
Læs om genkøb i blomsterbutikken eller kundeklub på kaffen i kiosken for at sætte værktøjet ind i din hverdag.
The profile creates itself
The customer enters a name, email and phone number to complete their order. Every single order is therefore tied to a profile, and you do not have to do anything to build the list. It builds itself while you run the business.
The customer can log in
And see their previous orders, their points and their details. The next order takes 30 seconds instead of three minutes.
Points on every order
At our reference restaurant, 266 of the guests have a points account and have earned 2,747 points between them. You decide what they are worth.
Offers and discount codes
Can be tied to a category, a single item or the whole order, and you can see how many times each offer has been redeemed.
Order history in your dashboard
Who, what, when and for how much. Per customer, not just per day.
One account across businesses
The customer signs up once and is logged in at every business on WalletPlus. The customer data on your orders is still yours.

The campaign tool
The list is only worth something if you write to it.
The tool sorts your customers by what they have actually done and sends SMS or email to the group you choose. The groups below are not invented examples. That is how the list actually looks at our reference restaurant in the Restaurant module after four months.
162
Ordered once, never came back
The largest group: 56% of all the guests. One message with a reason to try again.
59
Has not ordered in 60 days
They are not annoyed. They have simply forgotten you, and some of them were regulars before they disappeared.
28
Has ordered five times or more
The regulars. The ones you give something to, not the ones you sell to.
2.612
Points that have never been used
Every one of them is a reason to come back that nobody has yet reminded the guest about.
What a message could look like
An invented example, not a message we have sent.
What the tool does
Segments, SMS and email
Pick a group, write the message, see what it cost and what it returned. SMS is billed per message; emails are included in the price.
Who writes it
We do it for you
You do not have to sit with it yourself. We make and send your marketing. It can be added whatever agreement you have.
Status
The engine is built, but it has not been run yet
We have run campaigns for our customers by hand: posts published and messages sent manually. The tool gathers that work in one place, so segment, send and result hang together.
Example from the Restaurant module
287 guests. 2,612 unredeemed points. Zero messages sent.
That is how it looks at one restaurant after four months. The club ran the whole way: profiles, points and offers were live from day one. What is missing is not technology. It is somebody using it.

Next step
We look at your list first.
If you already sell online through a marketplace, you have the customers. You just cannot reach them. From the first order you build your own customer list, and we show you along the way how many are in each group.
