We make digital growth accessible.

WalletPlus is a commercial partner for businesses that want to grow their digital revenue. We deliver webshop, loyalty club, marketing, customer data, delivery and integrations as modules per industry. The business keeps the customer, the data and the margin, and we only earn when it sells.

The market

A market that is not taken.

12.000+

Restaurants in Denmark

Our first market and the one we operate in today. Large and fragmented: most either have no digital ordering or pay a marketplace commission for it.

Modules on the same engine

The Restaurant module is live today. The Florist and Kiosk and petrol station modules build on the same toolbox.

Per order

Transaction fee

Our primary revenue: a percentage plus a fixed amount per order. It grows with the customer's own sales and requires no renegotiation.

Up to 85%

Cheaper than a marketplace

Calculated for a restaurant on a marketplace commission of around 30% against our rate plus the service fee.

The market figure covers only restaurants in Denmark; florists, kiosks and petrol stations are not included. We do not publish our own revenue or customer numbers here. We cover that in a confidential conversation.

Why

Four things that hold.

The revenue scales by itself

A revenue-based model. When the customer sells more, we earn more, without anyone having to go out and sell again.

New industries are cheap to open

All modules run on the same engine and toolbox. A new industry needs a new design and a new purchase flow, not a new platform. And because we host every site centrally, an improvement reaches every customer at once.

The product fits the problem

Webshop, loyalty club and marketing in one solution, set up for the customer. We integrate with the business's own systems and sit on top of the POS rather than demanding a replacement.

Built to be repeatable

The platform is not tied to Danish legislation or Danish payment methods. Payments, delivery and accounting are integrations rather than core, so the model can be taken to other markets, such as Sweden.

Business model

We earn when they sell.

Primary revenue

Transaction fee per order

A percentage plus a fixed amount on everything that goes through the platform. Our income grows with the revenue we help create.

Secondary revenue

Marketing help, SMS and equipment

Add-ons the customer opts into. Marketing help is added as a surcharge on top of the rate.

Distribution

Chains and networks

One agreement with a chain owner rolls WalletPlus out across many businesses at once. Each business gets its own webshop, and the chain manages range and figures from one place. Centrally, the chain gets structure, data and insight; locally, the business gets customers, tools and revenue.

Rollout

Pilot, measurement, rollout

A chain typically starts with 10–20 selected businesses. We measure the results, and the rest are rolled out on the basis of them.

Unit economics

Low acquisition cost, long lifetime

Onboarding without an IT project keeps the cost of acquiring a customer down, and a chain agreement lowers it further. Restaurants that have moved their orders to us stay for a long time.

Customers get every rate and fee in writing before they sign. We do not sell on numbers the customer cannot see.
