Module · chains and networks
One agreement. A webshop in each business.
Chain management is the tool a chain or network rolls out across all its businesses at once. Every business gets its own local webshop with delivery, collection and its own customers, while the chain manages range, offers and figures from one place.
How we roll out
From product catalogue to hundreds of webshops.
01
We connect to your catalogue
We pull products, prices and images from your central product catalogue, so nobody has to type in a range by hand, neither centrally nor in the businesses.
02
You choose what is sold online
The chain decides the range in one place, whether it is food, drinks, gifts or the whole shop. It becomes the chain's master for every business.
03
Every business gets its webshop
Its own address, opening hours and delivery area, but the chain's design and range. A new business inherits all of it when it is created.
04
Pilot with 10–20 businesses
We start with a selection and measure revenue, repeat purchases and average order value. The figures become the basis for the rest of the roll-out.
05
Roll-out across the whole network
When the figures hold up, we roll out across the rest of the country. From there the model can be taken to the chain's other markets.
What chain management can do
Managed centrally. Sold locally.
Chain management sits on top of the same tools as all our modules: webshop, loyalty club, marketing and data. It adds what a chain needs to run many businesses as one.
One range, pushed out to all
The chain edits the range in one place and rolls it out to every business at once, or only to the ones you choose.
See the difference before it goes out
A difference view shows exactly what will change in each business before anything is written.
Local exceptions that stay
A business can keep its own price on a product. The exception stays in place, even when the chain rolls out again. Sold out is always local.

One offer across the chain
An offer goes out to every business at once and can be recalled again. Businesses that don't stock the product are skipped.
A new business in minutes
Create a new location, and it inherits design, opening hours, delivery and the whole range from the chain.
Chain overview
Revenue and orders per business and in total for the whole chain, with the same figures each business sees in its own dashboard.
Guiden viser, hvilke tal I bør følge på tværs af butikkerne.
Users and roles
Chain management sees the whole network; each business sees only its own. Access follows the role, not a shared login.
“Switch location” on the webshop
The customer can switch to another business in the chain straight from the webshop and order there instead.
Integration with your systems
Product catalogue, POS and ERP. We are a development house and build the connection, so data flows both ways.
One payout per business
Every business has its own payment account, so the money lands with whoever made the sale.
Three examples
Chains that already have the shops.
The chain already has the hardest part: the brand, the businesses and the customers in the local area. What is missing is a digital layer on top that gets them to buy more, and more often.
A network of independent florists
Hundreds of florists under one brand. Every florist gets its own local webshop with delivery and card messages, and the network manages brand, campaigns and data centrally.
A chain of petrol stations
Every station already sells food, coffee, soft drinks and sweets, but the customer can't order any of it to her door. With a webshop in every station, she can.
A restaurant chain
The same menu in every branch, local prices where they make sense, and an offer that hits the whole chain at 4 pm on Friday.
Central and local
The chain gets the overview. The business gets the customers.
Centrally, the chain gets structure, data and insight. Locally, the business gets customers, tools and revenue, at its own address and in its own local area.
The chain sets the frame
Brand, range, prices and campaigns, decided in one place.
The business sells locally
Its own webshop, its own customers and its own delivery in its area.
We host all of it
The central platform and every local site run with us, so changes go out the same day.
