The toolbox
The same tools. For each industry.
Webshop, loyalty club, marketing, data and integrations are the same in all our modules. Here they are in one place, with examples of what they are used for by a flower shop, a petrol station, a chain and a restaurant.

Sell online
A webshop that fits what you sell.
The tools are the same in every module. What changes is what the customer puts in the basket, and when it needs to arrive.
Your own webshop on your own domain, with basket, payment, collection and delivery in the same flow.
Florist: bouquets by occasion, size and price.
Kiosk: food, coffee and kiosk goods in the same basket.
Chain: one webshop per business, with the chain's range.
Pre-ordering and timing
The customer orders today for later today or another day, within the days and time slots you open.
Florist: the bouquet ordered on Monday for Friday.
Kiosk: the morning coffee ready at the counter at 7.15.
Restaurant: dinner ordered during the lunch break.
Your own delivery zones by postcode with a fee and minimum order, collection in the shop, or Wolt Drive, which books the courier.
Florist: your own zones in town and collection in the shop.
Kiosk: delivery from the nearest station.
Restaurant: Wolt Drive, when you don't do the driving yourselves.
Upselling in the basket
“Complete your order” suggests what usually goes with it after every item. This is where the average order value grows.
Florist: a vase, a card or chocolates with the bouquet.
Kiosk: the croissant with the coffee.
Restaurant: the drink and the dip with the meal.
Payments
MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cards and Klarna in the same checkout. The money is paid out to your own account.
Florist: the customer pays, even when the bouquet is for someone else.
Chain: every business has its own payout.
Your own app on the home screen
The webshop can be installed as an app with your name, your logo and your colours, without an app store.
Kiosk: the regular customer orders with one tap from the home screen.
Chain: the chain's name and colours on every business's app.
Win the customer back
The second purchase is where the money is.
Every purchase gives you a customer with a name and a history. The tools here are the ones that bring her back.
Points on every purchase, a points shop and rewards you decide yourself. The customer signs up at checkout.
Florist: points on every bouquet, a gift with the tenth.
Kiosk: the coffee club that gives the sixth cup.
Repeat purchase with one tap
The customer finds their previous order and puts it back in the basket with one tap.
Florist: the same bouquet as last year.
Kiosk: the regular morning order.
Restaurant: the Friday pizza.
Scheduled messages to your own customers with your own sender name. You see what each campaign brought in.
Florist: the reminder a week before Mother's Day and Valentine's Day.
Kiosk: the commuter offer on Monday morning.
Chain: one campaign to the customers of every business.
Offers and discount codes
Percentage or amount, automatic or with a code, on the whole order, a category or a single product. Every offer has a start and end date and statistics.
Florist: 20% off roses in the week before Valentine's Day.
Kiosk: a hot dog and a soft drink at a fixed price.
Chain: one offer rolled out to every business at once.
Get found
Visible in the local area under your own name.
The traffic needs to end up on your site. The tools here make sure it can find its way there, and that you can see where it came from.
Own domain and SEO
Your own domain with SSL, sitemap, Google Search Console and sharing images for social media. All set up in your name.
Florist: found when someone in town searches for a florist.
Chain: a local page per business that can be found by town name.
Google reviews on the webshop
Your reviews from Google shown on your own site. You choose which ones appear there.
Florist: the trust before a customer sends a bouquet to someone else.
Restaurant: the stars next to the menu.
Tracking and ads
Google Analytics, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest and LinkedIn connected with your own tracking ID, but only when the customer has said yes.
Florist: see what the ad before Mother's Day brought in sales.
Chain: campaign effect per business and in total.
Add-on: we create the posts and publish them in your name, e.g. the bouquet of the week, new products or changed opening hours.
Florist: the season's bouquets on Instagram.
Kiosk: the offer of the week on Facebook.
Run the business
One platform for operations, data and chains.
What happens after the order: it has to get there, it has to be booked, and the figures have to be readable. That applies in a single business and across the whole chain.
One range and one offer pushed out to every business, local exceptions that stay in place, and new businesses that inherit all of it.
Florist: a network of florists under one brand.
Kiosk: a webshop in every station in the chain.
Restaurant: the same menu in every branch.
Revenue, orders, customers, repeat purchases and average order value per period, both per business and in total for the chain.
Florist: which occasions sell the most.
Kiosk: the busy hours and the top products.
Order screen and receipt printing
The order on screen with sound and the receipt on the printer in the same second. Works with Epson, Star, Sunmi and ordinary ESC/POS printers.
Florist: the card message on the receipt with the bouquet.
Kiosk: the order at the counter during the rush.
Restaurant: the kitchen screen.
Product data is pulled in from your catalogue, POS or ERP, and orders, customers and sales are passed on. We are a development house and build the connection.
Kiosk: the range pulled from the chain's product catalogue.
Chain: sales gathered in the central systems.
Today's vouchers and cash book sent to e-conomic, Dinero or Billy every morning.
All: the accountant gets the figures without a spreadsheet in between.
Several businesses, one login
If you own several businesses, you switch between them in the same back office without logging out.
Florist: the shop in town and the stall at the market.
Chain: the regional manager with their own businesses.
Restaurants only
And then there is the table.
Table booking and the kitchen screen are built for restaurants and belong to the Restaurant module. See table booking →
