We sit on top of what you already have.
WalletPlus does not replace your POS. We are a development house, and we build into the setup you already have: range, prices and stock are pulled from your systems, and orders, customer data and sales are passed on to your POS, ERP and accounting.
How we work
We write the integration ourselves.
Data flows both ways, so you do not have to maintain the same thing in two places. And because we host the platform, changes happen fast.
Product data in
Range, prices and stock are pulled from your POS or ERP. Change a price there, and your site follows.
Orders out
The orders from your site are passed on to the POS, so they sit in the same place as the rest of the day's sales.
Customers and sales out
Customer data and sales figures can be passed on to your ERP or the chain's own systems, so the numbers match everywhere.

We host all of it
Sites, ordering flow and integrations run on our side. You do not need a server, a hosting agreement or a developer on the payroll.

Once the way is open, we bring the products in and send the orders straight across. You sign off on a test order before it goes live.
Accounting
The figures land in your accounting software.
Your bookkeeper should not have to copy the day's revenue off a screen. We produce the daily voucher and a cash journal that can be imported directly in the format your software actually demands.

One voucher per day with revenue, fees and payment methods, so your bookkeeper has something to hang the entry on.

Imported directly. No copying between fields, no manual reconciliation of the day.
Three formats, not one
e-conomic wants dates as DD-MM-YYYY. Billy requires columns A to I in a fixed order. Dinero folds each entry into account and contra account on the same row, and the file must be ISO-8859-1. We write each file the way that software expects it.
Arrives by itself
By email every morning. The voucher and the journal come in separate emails, because voucher inboxes only accept PDF.
One thing worth knowing for the bookkeeper: Stripe's fee is settled in aggregate and not per order, so the fee line in the daily voucher is calculated from the rate. It agrees with Stripe's own statement over the month, but may differ by a few øre on any single day.

All payments go through Stripe, which we are connected to directly. The customer meets the methods they already have on their phone.
